Craig Armstrong's Piano WorksCompetition Results
Last month we ran a competition to win a copy of Craig Armstrong's Piano Works album. The question was, name any film scored entirely for solo piano. The winners were Daniel Azevedo of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, who cited Dave Grusin's score for The Firm, and Eileen Hobson, of Poole, England, who picked It's My Party, scored by Basil Poledoris. The albums will be on the way to Daniel and Eileen asap. Meanwhile our Phantom of the Opera competition has failed to find a winner, so please take another look, as I have now changed the perhaps rather too challenging questions. Also take a look at our latest competition, to win a copy of Thomas Newman's soundtrack to the new fantasy release A Series of Unfortunate Events. Gary Dalkin |
