KORNGOLD, Erich Wolfgang

d Hollywood, 29 November 1957, aged sixty
He studied in Vienna and was a child prodigy in piano and composition, publishing a piano trio at the age of twelve. In 1924 he received the Art Prize of the City of Vienna. He became a US citizen in 1943.
