Judith Bailey: Wind Quintet Op. 25

This work is for flute, oboe, clarinet, horn and bassoon has four movements - Prelude, Theme and Variations, Fugue, and Rondo. It was composed in 1982, quite rapidly while the composer was confined to the house by a blizzard. It had its first performance by the 'Five Winds' of Oxford and was also performed by the London Chamber Group at Conway Hall in June 1998.
