Judith Bailey: Microminiature No. 1 for Piano Trio Op. 68

This is the first of two trios composed in January 2000 for COMA who requested specific chamber works of three minutes' duration. Two fairly quick outer movements frame the central slow movement. Its first professional performance was given at the British Music Information Centre in London by the Farr Ensemble of the Royal Academy of Music.
