This is a famous wall fresco by Raphael showing the Good and the Great in Athens. It is in the Papal rooms in the Vatican and ranks alongside Michaelangelo’s Sistine Chapel. It was prepared for Pope Julius the second. Frescos are where you paint directly onto the newly covered wet plaster.
